Refund policy

All items purchased from us are final sale.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, delays within the stated shipping timeframe, or failure to read the product description or policies prior to purchase.

As many of our products are made to order or produced in limited quantities, returns and refunds are only accepted in the event of a fault or error on our part. This includes:

  • Items received with a manufacturing defect
  • Items that are damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items received

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • A refund

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above criteria or where evidence is insufficient.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution and does not override this policy.
