Shipping policy

All pre-order items are made to order and ship within 3–6 weeks from the date of purchase.

Production for pre-order items begins approximately 3 days after purchase. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled unless otherwise required by consumer law.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production capacity, quality control, or logistics delays. Customers will be informed of progress through weekly updates posted on our official Instagram Story.

By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the stated production and shipping timeframes.
